What We Do:
We are a provider of research and training services.
We provide diverse training solutions in the areas of Border Migration Governance,
Peacebuilding, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and other tailor-made
courses.
URTI
carries out innovative research and consultancy to assist clients, keep up to
date with knowledge, and ensure its effective use in projects; generate
state-of-the-art evidence to address thematic areas of challenges; understand
and determine needs, and realities of contextual scenarios.

URTI is fully affiliated,
with an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lagos State University
Consult (LASU Consult) on joint training curricula in Borders and Migration
Studies Programme.
Our specialties are in the following domains:
Baseline
Surveys – Conduct scientific surveys
to determine what exists, to identify gaps to be filled before intervention,
and to benchmark against which success will be measured.
Feasibility
Studies - Preliminary study to determine whether a proposed
project is technically, financially, and operationally viable.
Needs
Assessment - Designing and carrying out
need assessments to determine gaps and carry-on capacities in project
implementation.
Threat
and Risk Assessment – Carrying out
trend analysis to identify threats and risks, and proffering mitigating
measures.
