Patience has over a decade of experience working on monitoring, evaluations, learning, and conducting impact studies across conflict, security, and justice sectors with a wide range of donors, NGOs, foundations, and programs in fragile and conflict-affected areas. Specifically, Patience has worked on different donor-funded programmes in Africa, Asia, America, the Middle East, and Europe. Her experience includes the mainstreaming of gender equity and social inclusion (GESI) and the application of do no harm, human rights, and participatory approaches into programme strategies.
