Stanley Uwakwe

Stanley holds a Ph.D. and an M.A in peace & Conflicts from the Department of Peace, Security and Humanitarian Management of the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, majoring in Internal Border Studies; and has over 10 years of experience in research, teaching, teaching, training, monitoring and evaluation. He is an expert on internal boundary management, with a focus on humanitarian action, conflict management, and peacebuilding. He is well grounded in field-based donor-funded research within and outside Nigeria, including research design, field data collection, data quality assessment/analysis, monitoring, and evaluation. Other core areas of specialization include gender-based violence, violent extremism, and community peacebuilding. Fusing theoretical and field-based knowledge, he has built strong competencies in conducting and supervising projects and development interventions, which entails drafting start-up work plans, implementing project design/log frame, and managing teams. He is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
